Beneath the surface of the Pacific Ocean lies a hidden world few humans will ever see. In my novel Sirena, the ocean hides an ancient kingdom known as Chrysos, located near the Mariana Trench. This realm is filled with coral forests, ancient ruins, shipwrecks, and deep ocean currents that guard its secrets.

A sacred gathering place hidden among glowing reefs.
Shipwreck Graveyard
Lost ships drift through these waters, carrying secrets from the surface world.
Coral Forests
Towering coral structures filled with marine life and ancient pathways.
Chrysos Palace
The heart of the ocean kingdom where powerful magic is said to gather.
Mariana Trench – Abyssal Depths
The deepest and most mysterious part of the ocean.
The legend of Sirena from Guam inspired much of the world building behind this story. While the legend tells of a young woman transformed into the first mermaid, the deeper mysteries of the ocean remain unexplored. In the world of Sirena, those mysteries are hidden within the realm of Chrysos.
If you could explore one place on this map, where would you go?
